Return Policy:
Please note that we do not offer refunds or cancellations. Returns are eligible for shop credit only.
Returns & Exchanges:
- All returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in new, unused condition—no perfume, makeup, pet hair, or any damage of any kind will be accepted.
- Clothing and items must be properly packaged for return. Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged box.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- The cost of return shipping is $8.00 regardless of the number of items and will be deducted from your store credit.

Once your return is approved, please ship the item back within 7 days. Returns sent after this period may not be accepted.
Final Sale Items:
- Accessories, swimwear and SHOES are all final sale.
- DOORBUSTERS, Pink Friday Sale, Black Friday Sale, Spring Cleaning Sale, End of Season Sale, and Wipeout Sale items are all final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
